We do not accept returns.  Exchanges of unopened hair are allowed within 7 days of purchase.  Exchanges will not be given for chemicals/hair products of any kind.



Do you provide International delivery?


Yes! We offer international shipping through DHL and FEDEX. 


How do I track my order?


 A tracking number will be provided to you 24-48 hours within placing your order. 


How can I contact your couriers?

 Courier information will be provided with the tracking number. 


All products take 3-5 business days to process.  Day 1 starts the day after your order is received.  Tracking numbers are sent via email after processing.

*Business days do not include holidays or weekends.

*Always allow one business day after a holiday or a sale.


*We do not ship any products on Saturday or Sunday.

If a package is returned to Icon Beauty Supply LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery (if applicable), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Icon Beauty Supply LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.



Icon Beauty Supply LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Icon Beauty Supply LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

We use standard shipping which is typically 3-5 business days depending on your location.

products that are shown on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for

validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. If further details are needed, we

will contact you. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us and/or to limit quantities

on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using

the e-mail address you have given us with the order.


Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without prior notice. Errors will

during the checkout process, you'll see the estimated sales tax. The actual charge to your credit card

There are 2 boxes available for a one-time purchase and 4 boxes for purchase via

subscription. Your personal shopper will curate your box for you each month.









Icon Beauty Boxes will contain shampoo, conditioners, and stylers that will address your

hair's every need. We know that everyone is unique, and that is why we curate

individual boxes specific to you and your hair.  You will experience full-size premium

products with each delivery.



By choosing a box based on your hair’s needs and goals, providing feedback in the

notes section of your order suggesting products you might like to see and using our

customer service contact to provide feedback on the products we send you, each

custom hair box will be perfect and created just for you. The products in each box we

send you are hand selected by your personal shopper who is passionate about hair. We

are committed to providing a great level of detail and care with each item selected for

your box.


Not only do we do our best to choose 4 of the finest full-sized products for your hair, we

also include extra goodies that will be sure to emphasize the element of surprise we all





We love subscription boxes, but we know that product choices depend greatly on each

individual’s hair texture, desired style, and hair goals.


We also know that sometimes it’s hard to branch out and try new hair products. So,

with the Icon Beauty Box, we love that we can offer our customers a large variety of

brands and product lines allowing you and your hair to experience new products and

brands as well as old favorites.

Oh, one other reason why we do this—we're crazy passionate about hair! That's why

we put the same energy into thinking about your hair that we do our own.


Q) What exactly comes in each box?

A) Each box will contain 4 full sized (no trial sizes here!) hair products. All products will

be chosen based on the type of box you select. You can expect items such as deep

conditioners, oils, gels, creams, edge controls, shampoo, hair masques, and even

vitamins! On top of these 4 products, you can expect us to go over and above (as

always) adding special touches to communicate how much we care about each and

every one of our customers.

Q) What if I like a product and want to get more of it?

A) You should always give feedback regarding the products in your box after you’ve

used them for a bit. When you do you are helping to perfect your future beauty boxes.

Just contact us at and let us know you would like to

have the product sent to you again.  If in stock, you can have it in every box or sent

randomly in a future box. You can also communicate with us to make an add-on request

and have items in our online store added to your curated box after purchase! 

Q) What if I don’t like a product in my box?

A) You should always provide feedback about the products that come in your beauty

box but especially if you don’t care for an item in your box. As far as what you do with it

is up to you. Maybe give it to your bestie who might actually love that product. Or better

yet, maybe they would be happy to swap with something they recently got in her/his box

that you love.

Q) What if I still have products I want to use up and am not ready for another box

to come yet?

A) You can cancel and restart your subscription at any time!

Q) Will I receive the same product each month or will I get different product in

every box?

A) Although each box is curated specific to your hair, the products in the box will change

to give you variety and exposure to more great products. If you like the product

received, you may choose to have the same products sent to you in future boxes. This

would be done by emailing us at and stating you want

to receive a specific product in every box or every other box.  Also, if you do not wish to

have a certain brand or product in future boxes, please let us know that as well. We are

very flexible.  We love to make our customers and their hair happy.


Q) How much time is needed to make changes to my account before my next

shipment is sent.

A) If you want to make changes, please contact us no later than one week before your

shipment date.

Q) I just signed up for a box. How long will it take to get it?

A) Boxes will ship in the normal manner. FAST! :o)
