Okay guys! So, I started my online store and just like giving birth to a baby, 9 months later I am opening a brick and mortar. This industry is hard work. There are ups and downs and it is very expensive. You will have to scour the earth for information and resources. It won't always be easy but I have found that it is worth it. This industry is not for the faint of heart but I have been blessed to find community in it.
Yes...this business is hard work but it also about NETWORK. One of my favorite people I know always says, your network determines your net worth. Find like minded people and cling to them. Also, surround yourself with people who will help keep you balanced. Finally, never view your beginning as your ending. This business is all about expansion.
New products come out every day. New hair, new methods, new colors. New! It's all about the latest and greatest. If you fill yourself to the brim, you won't have room for more unless you get rid of something. It's ok to start with where you are at. Online, 500$, whatever it is. If you want to start, don't let how you start discourage you. Just keep working and you will grow!
